Brandon Capital is an Australian life sciences venture capital firm managing over AUD$1 billion AUM across six active funds. Focused on backing pre-revenue life science companies, Brandon Capital operates a structurally complex fund architecture with multiple parallel legal entities per fund designed to meet the needs of its concentrated LP base and cross-fund co-investment positions requiring robust look-through reporting.
Brandon Capital’s existing technology stack, centered on general accounting software and spreadsheets, had become a bottleneck.
