With expertise in digital transformation, customer experience design, and AI integration, he excels at navigating complex client needs and delivering tailored solutions. He has successfully led high-profile projects for clients such as Epic Games, Merck, Verizon, and Nike.

Derek holds a B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and International Business from the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond.
