Clients acknowledge and accept the use of these providers as part of Quantium’s service infrastructure. Regional data integration partners such as Plaid and Salt Edge are activated only upon client request, based on applicable geography and regulatory requirements. Any material change will be reflected on this page to maintain alignment with agreed upon terms.
Backup and Data Recovery Policy
Quantium leverages Microsoft Azure’s enterprise-grade infrastructure to deliver secure and resilient data management.
Daily backups are retained for 90 days, with weekly backups archived for up to one year. In the event of data loss, restoration is available up to the most recent backup
